Veggies With Horseradish Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mixed salad bar vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, zucchini and the like)
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. lite mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large saucepan fitted with steam basket, bring 1/2 cup water to boil; place vegetables in basket and cook, covered, 4 minutes; remove saucepan from heat.
