Sausage Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    Brown beef; drain.
    Cook onion and celery in meat fat until tender.
    Cook rice and drain.
    Mix all ingredients together except cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, adding cheese to top during last 15 minutes.
