Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add egg and molasses. Add sifted flour, baking soda, salt and ginger.
    Roll into balls in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
