Sugar Free Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups raisins
    2 cups water (to cook raisins)
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce (or other unsweetened fruit)
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
    3/4 cup oil
    2 cups self rising flour
    1/2 tsp each: cinnamon, nutmeg OR cloves, vanilla, baking soda
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until dry.
    Let cool.
    Then mix all ingredients well by hand.
    Bake in lightly greased bundt pan or 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan for 55 - 60 minutes at 350.
