Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    pepper
    3 pieces bacon
    seasoned bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    basil
Preparation
    Remove caps from mushrooms and chop the stems.
    Cut up bacon and fry with mushroom stems.
    Add onion, pepper and bread crumbs. Stuff mushroom caps with first mixture.
    Place in buttered shallow baking dish.
    Salt, cover and refrigerate.
    Before baking, sprinkle with the Parmesan and basil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
