Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
Preparation

Sift together first 4 ingredients.
Bring to boil in saucepan margarine, shortening, cocoa and water.
Remove from heat; add dry ingredients, then add buttermilk, vanilla, baking soda and eggs. Beat and pour into greased and floured large cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
During last 5 minutes of baking time, make frosting as follows.
