Meringue(That Doesn'T Weep) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine in a small saucepan, dry ingredients and water over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and clear.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form by gradually adding 4 tablespoons sugar, beating well.
Slowly add cooled cooked cornstarch mixture, beating until stiff glossy peaks form.
Spread meringue evenly to edge of pie crust to seal all around.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until meringue is golden.
