Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion recipe soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/4 c. olive or regular oil
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bag, mix all ingredients except parsley.
    Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
    Empty potatoes in shallow pan.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 8 servings.
