Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups yellow squash, boiled and mashed
    2 cups saltine crackers, crushed
    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
    1 large onion, chopped finely
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, pour into greased casserole dish and bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
