Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in microwave on High; stir in flour until smooth. Microwave 30 to 45
    seconds until heated.
    Blend in milk smoothly. Microwave 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes until thickened, stirring every minute.
    Stir in cheese until melted, 15 to 20 seconds.
    Mix in macaroni well.
    Microwave 5 to 6 minutes, stirring once.
