Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    2 c. sauce
    1 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; add seasonings.
    Dip each tortilla in warm oil.
    On each one, spoon 2 tablespoons sauce, a generous tablespoon of filling and a sprinkling of cheese; roll up and place together in large pan.
    Pour remaining sauce and cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
