Two Cheese Fettuccine Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. each: dried oregano leaves and coarse ground pepper
    1 3/4 c. skim milk
    8 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained
    1 c. Kraft light part skim Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 red pepper, cut into julienne strips
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil in medium saucepan.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Toss hot pasta with sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
