Pam'S Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. vinegar
1 or 2 small cans tomato soup
8 lb. or less country-style ribs
onion (if desired)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together and roll ribs in this mixture until well coated.
Place ribs in greased roaster pan with lid. Blend together tomato soup, vinegar and onion.
Pour this over ribs.
Bake in oven very slowly at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 3 or 3 1/2 hours.
