Easy As 1-2-3 Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick (4 oz.) butter or margarine
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2/3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Beat in cocoa.
    Add flour and beat until well blended.
    By hand, stir in pecans.
    Spread evenly in a wax paper-lined 8-inch square glass dish.
    Cook in a microwave oven on High for 3 minutes. Turn dish a quarter turn and cook 2 1/2 to 3 minutes longer.
    Let cool.
    Sift powdered sugar over top.
    Cut into 16 or 25 squares.
