Rolled Oats Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. coconut
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cook oats in water.
Add butter.
Let cool.
Add sugars, coconut and eggs.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 35 to 45
minutes, until light brown.
