Wild Rice Rose(Serve With Lamb Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    1 c. grated sharp American cheese
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chopped olives
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. salad oil (although I use 1/4)
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Soak rice overnight; drain.
    Wash and drain.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Place in buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
