Sweet-Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 egg
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, minced onion, egg, milk and ginger.
    Shape into meatballs; brown them on baking sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Mix cornstarch and sugar.
    Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Put meatballs in casserole; add syrup mixture, pineapple and green pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
