Nancy Luthy'S Festive Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion
    5 c. milk
    6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
    1 pkg. Crab Delights (flakes or chunks)
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 large potatoes (1/2-inch slices)
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in celery and chopped onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper, if desired. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Add potatoes.
    Bring to boil; simmer 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
    Add bacon and Crab Delights.
    Heat 3 to 5 minutes more.
    Makes 4 servings.
