Hawaiian Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1/2 c. lite soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Skin and wash chicken breasts.
    Pat dry.
    Place in a shallow pan.
    Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, oil and ginger.
    Cover chicken with marinade and cover.
    Refrigerate for 8 hours; turn pieces over once.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour off marinade, reserving liquid.
    Bake chicken for 20 minutes; baste every 10 minutes.
    Turn chicken pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes.
    Continue to baste every 10 minutes, until chicken is done.
    Serves 4.
