Sausage And Potato Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. Polska kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (14 to 16 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes
    2 to 4 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, heat potatoes, salt and enough water to cover to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Drain.
    While potatoes are boiling, in a 12-inch skillet, heat butter.
    Cook onions until tender.
    Add sausage, tomatoes with liquid, paprika, caraway seed and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in potatoes and serve.
