Albondigas(Meatball Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    4 green onions, diced
    3 Tbsp. cilantro, diced (fresh, not dried)
    3 Tbsp. mint, diced (fresh, not dried)
    3 Tbsp. oregano, diced (fresh, not dried)
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    4 qt. water
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    5 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    warm corn tortillas
Preparation
    Put 1/2 of first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and other 1/2 of same ingredients in a large soup pot.
    To pot, add approximately 4 quarts of water and 1 heaping tablespoonful of flour.
    Boil.
