Blueberry Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Beat egg well.
Add salt and milk.
Stir baking powder with flour and stir in other mixture. Beat until smooth.
Add blueberries. Drop from spoon and brown both sides.
Serves 4.
