Cottage Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. G. Washington broth
    1 qt. small curd cottage cheese
    2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil until soft and golden.
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Pack tightly into a casserole, greased.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
    For a moister loaf, use less crumbs. You can also use more nuts.
    Walnuts work well.
