Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplant
    1 jar sauce (anything that you like)
    2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel your eggplant and slice about 1/4 inch thick.
    Lightly flour and fry in oil (not a lot).
    Drain on paper towels and set aside.
