Italian Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut in pieces
3 lemons
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 spearmint plant, cut very fine (or 2 Tbsp. basil)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Lay chicken in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
(Use 2 pans, if necessary.)
Pour ingredient mixture over chicken.
Add water, enough water to cover chicken.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake for another 45 minutes.
