Pumpkin Nut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar 5 minutes.
    Mix together pumpkin and lemon juice and add to first mixture.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt and add.
    Spread evenly in a jelly roll pan which has been greased and floured. Line the pan with wax paper. Sprinkle walnuts over the batter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle a dish towel with powdered sugar.
