Lo-Cal Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 (2 1/2-inch) sq. graham crackers
2 Tbsp. melted Weight Watchers margarine
3 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/2 c.wtaer
1 small sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
8 pkg. Equal
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Spray pie pan with Pam.
Make graham cracker crumbs and mix with margarine, cinnamon and 2 Equal.
Press into pie pan.
Bake 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix water and cornstarch.
Bring to boil (don't boil) and set aside.
Into hot mixture, add Jell-O.
When mixture cools, add 6 packages Equal.
Put aside and cool 30 minutes.
Add strawberries and pour into baked and cooled crust.
Chill.
Makes 4 servings.
Each serving equals 1 fruit, 1 bread, 3/4 fat and 38 additional calories.
