Pie Crust For Double Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together in a bowl. Add the shortening and mix it into the flour and salt with a fork or your fingertips until the mixture has the texture of coarse crumbs. Mix in the water, a little at a time. Refrigerate to chill before rolling out the dough.
