Shanghai Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, cut into chunks while still partially frozen
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. celery, cut diagonally
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    chow mein noodles
    1 can bamboo shoots
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. green onion tops
    3 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute chicken chunks in oil until firm.
    Stir in celery and cook 2 minutes.
    (Should be crispy.)
    Add vegetables, soup and soy sauce.
    Stir in onions.
    Heat through and serve over rice.
    Top with noodles.
