Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip (mayo)
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    carrots
    celery
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    or vegetables of your choice
Preparation
    Pat crescent rolls onto pizza pan or cookie sheet to look like pizza crust.
    Bake as directed on can.
    Cool.
