Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl.
    Add cottage cheese, grated Cheddar, butter, spinach, flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole.
    Bake on low, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Yields 12 to 14 servings.
