Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large can kidney beans
2 pkg. taco seasoning
4 tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. grated Cheddar
1 bottle Western dressing
1 bag tortilla chips, broken
1/2 tsp. salt
1 head lettuce (bite size pieces)
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add beans with liquid.
Add salt and taco seasoning to taste.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Drain off all liquids and cool.
Chill before serving.
Gently toss the lettuce, tomatoes, dressing, cheese and chips together.
Stir in meat and bean mixture.
