Hamburger Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger meat
    1/2 cup of onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup of cooked rice
    1 cup of small diced potatoes cooked
    1/2 cup of bell peppers diced small
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and bell peppers in skillet. Drain excess fat. Add rice and diced cooked potatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.
