Christmas Brunch Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 to 2 diced apples

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the butter mixture alternately with the sour cream.
Pour half the batter into a buttered tube pan.
