Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. spareribs
3 small onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut spareribs into servings.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a roaster pan and cover with onions.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Baste occasionally turning ribs once or twice.
Remove cover from roaster during the last 15 minutes of baking to brown spareribs.
