Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 small can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded cheese or Velveeta

Preparation

Grease pie pan. Brown meat and onion; drain. Add salt and pepper; spread into pan. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs. Pour over meat. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, then add tomato sauce and cheese over top. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, about 8 to 10 minutes.
