Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Switzerland Swiss cheese, cut up
1 1/3 c. white wine (inexpensive)
2 1/4 tsp. cornstarch
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of pepper
pinch of baking soda
Preparation
-
In large pot on stove, rub a clove of
garlic
and
discard. Bring wine to bubble (not quite boil)
and gradually add cheese (already
cut
and\ttossed\twith
cornstarch)
stirring constantly.
When cheese is melted, add spices
and
pour
into fondue pot.
If too stringy when eating, increase heat.
