Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. Imperial margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (29 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. water
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and shelled
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat.
    Saute onion and pepper until onion is transparent.
    Add tomatoes, rice, seasonings and water.
    Cook 10 minutes over medium heat.
    Cut shrimp in half lengthwise; add to skillet; mix well.
    Cook covered, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
