New England Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin, baked or stewed
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Thicken boiling milk with flour (mix flour with milk and cook until smooth).
Mix all other ingredients, except egg whites.
When thoroughly mixed, add slightly beaten egg whites.
Bake until brown on top; well done.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven first 15 minutes, then 325\u00b0 for 30 plus minutes.
