Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
6 eggs, separated
3 c. sifted flour
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Stir in egg yolks, one at a time.
Add soda to flour.
Add flour and sour cream alternately to creamed mixture.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold in.
Bake in large tube pan, greased and floured, at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Leave in pan for 15 minutes.
