1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. creme sherry
1 pkg. sliced walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, salad oil, sherry and walnuts or pecans.
Grease and lightly flour Bundt pan. Pour in pan and bake at least 45 minutes.
