Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    5 medium potatoes, cubed in 1 1/2 inch pieces
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix flour and Parmesan cheese in a plastic bag.
    Shake a few potato cubes in bag at a time and put in buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    With a spatula, turn over and bake another 1/2 hour.
    Leftover cheese may be put in freezer for next time.
