Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 jars or cans beets, drained (reserve juice)
2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Combine juice from beets, vinegar and brown sugar; heat to boiling.
Put beets in jar, then eggs.
Pour hot juice over top. After cool, refrigerate.
