Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow or zucchini squash
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. cheese (1 c.)
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Combine squash (cut to bite size pieces), onion, salt and sugar.
    Simmer in 1 cup of water until tender.
    Drain well.
    Add eggs, oleo, flour, milk and cheese and mix well.
    Bake in greased casserole in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
