Weight Watcher Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. oil
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large diced onion
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    16 oz. 93% fat-free ground turkey
    2 heaping tsp. instant beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. V-8 picante
    1/2 tsp. spicy pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt-free garlic and herb
    4 large green peppers
    8 tomato slices
    8 tsp. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Saute ground turkey, onion and celery in oil in nonstick frypans sprayed with Pam.
    Add cooked rice, spices, bouillon, V-8 and Worcestershire.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into pepper halves.
    Garnish with a tomato slice and 1 teaspoon grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, 1 hour.
    Four servings (2 halves each) equals 4 protein and 1 bread.
