Chinese Winter Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Saute celery and mushrooms in butter until crisp-tender but not browned.
    Add cabbage; saute for 3 minutes.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add to vegetables.
    Mix well.
    Add soy sauce, water chestnuts and chicken to mixture.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook gently, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
