Spiked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole cabbage
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in 4 quarters; then slice each quarter into 1/2-inch slices.
    Cut up green pepper and onion.
    Add about 3/4 cup water, cover and cook on medium burner for 15 minutes.
    To be eaten alone, or along with a full meal, serving as a vegetable.
