Biscuit Tortoni(My Version) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large nondairy topping
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. macaroons, crushed
3 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Beat egg whites; slowly add sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip, macaroons and sherry.
Place cupcake papers in muffin tins.
Put in mixture and freeze.
Decorate.
Serve with cookie.
