Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Shoe Peg corn
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
cucumber, peeled and sliced
celery seed
Preparation

Drain corn and mix all ingredients together. Vinegar, oil and a dash of sugar can be added for a tasteful salad.
