Squash And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 large onion, chopped in large pieces
    6 to 8 potatoes, sliced
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 slices bread, soaked in milk
    1/2 to 1 c. milk (as much as needed)
    grated cheese (on top)
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until squash and potatoes are tender.
    Add cheese and melt.
